1. Introduction

M.S.N. Consulting Services, LLC is dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through integrated health and workforce readiness solutions. We leverage individualized and group-based training to build essential life, career, and self-advocacy skills, effectively bridging the critical transition gap between student wellness and future employment.

In response to the Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) publication, “Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS),” M.S.N. Consulting Services, LLC submits this proposal to serve as an approved Pre-ETS vendor. We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based support designed to drive successful student outcomes in postsecondary education, career exploration, and sustainable, competitive employment.

2. Understanding Your Needs

  • Many transition-age students with disabilities face gaps in access to work experiences, workplace readiness training, and postsecondary planning.

  • The State’s Pre-ETS program, as outlined in MRS PUB 351, is designed to ensure that these students receive the six required service categories.

  • M.S.N. Consulting Services, LLC aligns closely with these goals, and by embedding wellness, resilience, and advocacy into transition supports, we can help reduce dropout, increase postsecondary enrollment, and improve employment outcomes.

  • Our holistic approach also addresses health or wellness barriers that can impede successful transitions.

Equipping youth with individualized coaching to navigate life after school and build independence

One-on-one coaching sessions, connection to community resources, goal planning, skill-building exercises, and ongoing support for sustained success
